Welcome to Cowra Motors, where we pride ourselves on being ‘Good People to do Business With'. For over 110 years, Cowra Motors has been a trusted member of the Cowra Community. Originally established as Cowra Motor Garage, the dealership took on the name Cowra Motors in 1976 under the ownership of Bill and Beverly Bundy. In 2005, after three decades of dedicated service, Bill retired, passing the reins to the Leahey family, who have a long-standing local history in the motor industry.
For 115 years, Cowra Motors has been part of the Cowra community. We’re proud to be a locally owned and operated dealership with a simple philosophy — “Good People to do Business With.”
Our story began more than a century ago as Cowra Motor Garage, before becoming Cowra Motors in 1976 under the ownership of Bill and Beverly Bundy. After more than three decades at the helm, Bill retired in 2005 and the dealership was taken over by the Leahey family, continuing a long tradition of local involvement in the motor industry.
In 2022, the Core family joined Cowra Motors as partners, bringing another local family into the business. With strong connections to Cowra and the surrounding communities, we’re passionate about continuing the dealership’s long history while building its future.
Today, Cowra Motors represents Ford, Subaru and Hyundai, alongside a quality range of pre-owned vehicles. Our team also provides vehicle servicing, genuine parts, finance and insurance, giving our customers everything they need under one roof.
But while the cars and brands may have changed over the years, one thing hasn’t — our commitment to our customers and our community.
